We understand that life happens, and schedules can change.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid fees.

• Late cancellations or reschedules will result in a charge of 50% of service.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of your service, and a 50% fee of service will be required before booking future appointments.

Arriving late impacts the quality of service we can provide.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule.

• Services are non-refundable.

• If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss adjustments. Redos are offered at the stylist's discretion.

For extension services:

• Maintenance and move-ups are recommended every 6-8 weeks to keep extensions looking flawless.

• Guarantees on extensions are valid only if proper care and maintenance schedules are followed.

The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority.

• Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness.

• Notify your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that children only accompany you to the salon if absolutely necessary and with prior notice. This ensures we can provide the best experience for everyone while accommodating your needs. Thank you for your understanding!

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Cards, and Afterpay, Vemo, Cash App, Apple Pay.

• A 6% service fee + $0.30 per transaction applies to Afterpay payments.

• All payments are due in full at the time of service.
